Team spirit

Team spirit is more than just a word for us. We base our actions on it and organize a variety of activities to promote a spirit of togetherness.

Empowering others and collegial leadership are just as much a part of our culture as working together in times of success and in critical times. Many marketminders have also become close friends in their private lives. This strong sense of community creates an environment where everyone feels valued and supported in their professional journey.

Food

Cooking (and eating) together has a long tradition at marketmind. We serve lovingly prepared meals whenever someone feels like cooking. The restaurants in the Servitenviertel district take care of the rest.

Lunch together, whether with immediate colleagues or with (almost) the entire company, is always a lively exchange of news within the team. These shared moments strengthen our bonds.

Events

Those who work should also celebrate. We hold regular #Teamevents whether it's the annual team trip, christmas party, summer party, anniversaries, or successful project completions. We also get even more active than usual as a team at sporting events. And there are quite a few of those, from the traditional snowacademy to the relay race at the Vienna City marathon, from group yoga to extended bike tours.
